WHAT am I READING:
- just finished danez smith's "black movie" which i was lucky enough to snag a signed copy of from button poetry right hereGOD GOOGLE YOUR LINK FORMATTING IS AWFUL
- now working my way through "a guide to undressing your monsters" by sam sax also at button poetry i picked it up because it sounded interesting and shipping was only another dollar, yo
- still reading and will be for a long time i expect the portable dorothy parker
- like halfway through the marina tsvaetana book i got which is called (where is it? where'd i put it?) (with the others) (oh yes) anyway it's called "selected poems." guess that sounds boring as fuck. made a russian friend who speaks english and he read the poem that got me hooked on marina (eventually) excerpts from the desk on poetry foundation and then he read it in russian and he said every heartbreaking thing that the "note on translations" section said about how some things failed to translate was true. must learn russian. must tell google that lack of caps is not a spelling error damn it.
- OH OH OH THE REAL PURPOSE OF THIS BLOG POST is that i read this fantastic absolutely fantastic short story on gravel whoops i mean cheat river review so go read that. but that's what else i'm reading go read that
